Acquired in May 2013 and located in the affluent town of Farnham in Surrey. Upon acquisition part of the ground and first floors were let to Headmasters. The remaining offices and retail unit were vacant.

Comprehensive refurbishment has taken place since acquisition with 5 flats created on the upper floors and a separate house built in the rear car park.  Romans Estate Agents took a 10 year lease on the vacant retail unit with the remaining retail and residential parts being subsequently sold in 2015..
