Description
The Group secured a planning consent for the development of Coxbridge into a business park and for the Enterprise Centre in 2005 and has since sold all the development land and the Enterprise Centre but retains the four open storage sites.  The sites are let to Biffa, County Self Storage and WL West and Sons.

The Group will retain the open storage sites for long term investment.
