Harrow Portfolio, Middlesex

This portfolio was acquired by the Group in the 1930s as part of a larger portfolio of houses acquired during the recession from the Halifax Building Society.  The houses are let out on a mixture of regulated, assured and assured short-hold tenancies and form a core part of the Ellis Campbell Group investment portfolio. The portfolio is managed by the Group’s managing agents, Greenwood and Co.

The Group intends to retain long term for solid and improving rental income stream.  Convert regulated tenancies to assured shorthold tenancies when they fall vacant.
