Acquired in August 2012 the property is located on the Eurocentral Distribution Park, Scotland’s premier distribution location situated 15 miles west of Glasgow, and 30 miles east of Edinburgh. and is accessed from a dedicated junction off the M8 motorway.  The park covers 650 acres and was developed in the mid-2000s to accommodate distribution and office uses, in addition to housing a substantial rail-freight terminal.  The property comprises a 71,700 sq ft warehouse which was constructed in 2004.

The lease was regeared for a term of 15 years and the property sold soon afterwards.
