The Ellis Campbell Group is the family office of the Campbell family
It was founded in Manchester in 1877 and has been owning and managing property in the UK ever since. The family office is now run by the fifth generation.
The Ellis Campbell Group has a historic portfolio of tenanted houses across a range of tenures including regulated tenancies and home reversions along with a mixed commercial investment portfolio.
The Ellis Campbell Group prides itself on its long history of being involved in the housebuilding and private rental sector for over a century. The culture and ethos of the Group is founded on the principle of being a responsible Landlord and this drives many of our investment decisions in the sector.
The same principles apply to our commercial portfolio, having been both developer and investor since 1970. The Group contributed significantly to the development of Farnham, Surrey through Joint Ventures including the development of The Lion & Lamb Yard, St. Georges Yard and Borelli Yard. The Group is now primarily focussed on commercial investment and is actively seeking new investment opportunities.
